Yes. We collect from every area and all 93 pincodes in Kolkata — Salt Lake, New Town, Rajarhat, Ballygunge, Gariahat, Behala, Dum Dum, Jadavpur, Kasba, Park Street, Alipore and all other neighbourhoods. No restrictions, no extra charge.
Free pickup and delivery applies for orders above ₹1,000 plus GST or a minimum of 5 garments. For smaller orders a nominal charge applies, confirmed at booking.
Standard service takes a minimum of 48 hours and is our most popular option. Express returns garments within 24 hours at a small premium. Same Day is available if booked before 10AM. One Hour is available on request — call us to confirm before booking.
We offer three pickup windows — 10:30AM to 12:01PM, 12:02PM to 2:00PM, and 2:01PM to 4:00PM. These are preferred windows only. We do not guarantee the exact time. Our team calls to confirm before arrival.

We clean silk sarees, embroidered lehengas, sherwanis, suits, blazers, woollen garments, leather and suede, curtains, everyday laundry, and carpets, rugs and sofas. If you are unsure, call us and we will advise.
