A day at the facility.
Operations run Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 6:30 PM. The day has a clear rhythm and everyone has a defined role within it.
The facility runs as two teams working simultaneously throughout the day — sorting and washing on one side, ironing and finishing on the other. Both are physical roles with long stretches on your feet. The customer relationship role works across the whole operation — coordinating pickups, deliveries, and making sure client requirements are understood and met.

Experience in the laundry sector is important — the work has a learning curve and we need people who already understand it. Beyond that, four things matter most.
We work to team targets, not individual ones. If your section is ahead and another needs help, you help. The job gets done together or not at all.
The season gets busy, the work is physical, and some days are harder than others. We need people who show up with the same energy regardless.
Every garment that leaves this facility has been through multiple hands. Quality cannot drop at any stage. If you are someone who takes pride in doing the work properly, you will fit in here.
We run on a schedule. Pickups leave at 10. Targets are set. Discipline is not about rules — it is about not letting your team down.
Where the work can take you.
Several people on the team today started on the ironing table. Over the years, by learning spotting, washing, machine operation and team coordination, they have moved into more senior roles. The path is real — it takes time and it takes the effort to learn each stage properly, but it is there.
Some team members have left after building their skills here, for opportunities we could not match at the time. We wish them well. But many have stayed, grown, and are now senior members of the team. If you are looking for a place to build something over years, this is that place.
What to know before you apply.
Operations work means being on your feet for most of the day. It is warm near the machines. The pace picks up significantly between Puja and Diwali — the rush season runs for several weeks and the team puts in extra hours. The four days of Puja itself are a holiday.
We have team targets. Quality is checked at every stage. Discipline is expected. If you are the kind of person who goes an extra mile when the team needs it, you will be valued here. If you are looking for an easy posting, this is not it.
There is a six-month probation period. An annual bonus. And a team that is, genuinely, a good group of people to spend a working day with.
