What we clean
The most valuable floor textile in most homes. Handwoven rugs — Persian, Kashmiri, Dhurrie — require encapsulation cleaning only. Hot water extraction would damage the natural dyes and loosen the hand-knotted pile. Each rug is assessed for fibre type, dye stability and pile direction before any cleaning begins.

Wall-to-wall carpets and room carpets made with synthetic fibres. Hot water extraction is the most effective method — high-pressure hot water and cleaning solution injected deep into the pile, then extracted with powerful suction, removing embedded soil, dust mites and bacteria that vacuuming cannot reach.

Curtains absorb dust, cooking fumes, humidity and sunlight over months and years. The cleaning method depends entirely on the fabric — cotton and linen can be wet-cleaned, velvet and lined drapes require dry cleaning. We assess the fabric and lining separately before choosing the method.

Upholstered furniture that cannot be brought to our facility is cleaned at your home. We use hot water extraction for most fabric sofas — the machine injects cleaning solution and extracts it along with embedded soil. Delicate or antique upholstery is assessed individually.

Soft toys and cushions accumulate dust mites and allergens quickly, particularly in children's rooms. Washed using the appropriate method for the fill material — cotton-filled items machine washed, foam-filled items spot-cleaned or encapsulation cleaned. Each piece checked for colour stability first.

Hot water and cleaning solution are injected deep into the carpet pile under high pressure, then extracted with powerful suction along with embedded soil, dust mites and bacteria. The most effective method for deeply embedded dirt — recommended by all major carpet manufacturers. Drying time approximately 4–12 hours.
Used forAn encapsulating cleaning solution is applied and agitated into the fibres using a brush machine. The chemical surrounds and crystallises dirt particles, which are then removed by vacuuming. No water — so no risk of dye bleed or pile distortion on natural fibre rugs. Drying time 30–60 minutes.
