WhatsApp us on 9836233354 before shipping so we expect the parcel and confirm receipt the moment it arrives. We clean, press, and return via courier within 48–72 hours of receipt. Bring it when you are
next in Kolkata.
Visiting for work, family, or a function? Bring the garment with you. Drop it at our Kasba facility at the start of your trip — we will have it ready before you leave, or deliver it to wherever you are staying in the city.
And if you have family, an office, or any address in Kolkata, give us that address — we collect from there and return there, exactly as we do for our Kolkata clients. Free pickup on orders above ₹1,000.

The Swiss Laundry uses professional-grade hydrocarbon solvent in fully enclosed automatic machines — no MTO, no open-vat petroleum process, no residue. Every garment is individually inspected on arrival and pressed with commercial boiler-fed steam calibrated to the fabric. For everyday clothes, your local option is fine. For the garment that cannot be replaced or cannot be risked, the specialist is worth the courier.
