Editor's Notes
Because intake, fabric assessment, stain identification, your approval, specialist treatment, two independent inspections and considered packaging are the real work. Cleaning is one step of twelve.
Same Day if collected before 10 AM — returned same evening. Next Day, Express (within 2 days) and Standard (within 4–5 days). All twelve steps are completed for every turnaround. Same Day means an accelerated timeline, not a shorter process.
At fabric assessment — not at the machine. Hydrocarbon, Perc or wet cleaning is chosen based on fabric composition, colour stability, care label and our records of any previous treatments. Never by default, never by convenience.
We stop. A WhatsApp message goes to you immediately. If there is no response, we call. If we cannot reach you within 48 hours, the garment is returned to you uncleaned. We never proceed without your informed consent.
We cover all major neighbourhoods across Kolkata. Our collection and delivery teams operate across the city — contact us by phone, WhatsApp or app and we will confirm if your area is on our current route. We are expanding continuously.
