Every garment is inspected individually on arrival and pressed with boiler-generated steam calibrated to the fabric type.

We do not currently offer doorstep pickup from Howrah. However, Howrah residents can access our service in two ways: drop off directly at our Kasba facility (P-4 Kasba Industrial Estate, open Monday–Saturday 10:00–17:00), or give us a Kolkata address — a friend, relative, or office in Kolkata — where we can collect and return. Our Kasba facility is approximately 12–15 km from Howrah Station, typically a 25–35 minute drive depending on traffic. Yes. Walk-in drop-offs are welcome Monday to Saturday, 10:00 to 17:00. If you are coming from Howrah specifically for a drop-off, a quick call or WhatsApp on 9836233354 before you leave ensures we can give you an immediate intake assessment and estimated collection time.
Silk sarees, Banarasi and embroidered pieces, designer wear, pashmina shawls, leather jackets, structured sherwanis, and any garment requiring professional stain treatment. These are garments where quality of care is the priority — and for which the drive or relay arrangement is genuinely worthwhile.
Standard turnaround is 48 hours from drop-off. Same-day service is available for garments dropped before 10:00 AM. We will confirm the exact collection time when you drop off.
