Terms & Condition

• Taxes extra as applicable.
• Free pickup drop for minimum laundry service of Rs. 1000/- or 5 garments. For orders below Rs. 1000/- extra charges will be applicable depending upon the area of delivery.
• Each hanger will be charged Rs. 15/- extra.
• Payment Mode can be Cash/Card/Online Payment.
• Standard delivery time would be minimum 2 working days after the items have been collected(Does not include the pickup day).
• Express delivery would be done within minimum 1 working day after the items have been collected. An additional 50% over the standard price will be charged.
• Only pressing/ironing service is available upon request.
• The Swiss laundry does not guarantee stain removal and is not responsible for any clothing that bleeds, shrinks
  or otherwise changes as a result of normal washing.
• The Swiss laundry will accept liability for any loss or damage resulting from the laundry or dry cleaning process and would pay maximum 10 times the service charge of each item only after the laundry manager’s approval
• All claims must be made within 48 hours after the items are returned and must be accompanied by the original
  laundry bill. After 48 hours no complaints will be entertained.
• Storage charges will be applicable after 30 days – 30% of bill amount per month.
• Customers are requested to examine their garments before sending to the laundry. The Swiss Laundry will not be
  responsible for any loss of valuable items left in the pockets.
• We do not take the responsibility of your garments two months from the date of delivery.
• All legal matters to be settled under Kolkata jurisdiction only.
• The Swiss laundry reserves the right to refuse rendering services to anybody.
• We will only be responsible for 45 days to store your garment after the delivery date. The Swiss Laundry may not inform clients of there delivery if they fail to collect their garments within 45 days of delivery date.
• No discount or promotional scheme unless specifically mentioned will be applicable on following services: a) Express b) Urgent c) Ironing d) Kids garments.
• Special rates for kids garments are only applicable on children aged 5 years or below.
• Operations timing between 10:00 am to 6 pm .Monday to Saturday for pickup and drop.
• Return Policy:

  Once the service is availed, no return / no refund is offered.
