The Swiss laundry opened with the first franchise in Kolkata in the year 2013. What started as a small business to change the scenery of laundry service, has now spread its roots to other cities of India a well. Apart from its franchise in Kolkata, the Swiss Laundry also provides its services to selected locations in Nasik, Kolhapur, Bhubaneswar, Pune. In these cities as well, we deliver our promise of providing premium service in the laundry and dry cleaning sectors.
What makes The Swiss Laundry stand out from other laundry services in India is the technology it fosters for dry cleaning. It is perhaps, the only dry cleaner in India that uses Hydrocarbon and Perchloroethylene based dry cleaning solvents. These solvents ensure that along with removing stains there is no damage to our customer’s clothes.
Apart from advancing the laundry business in India, we also work hand in hand with the Fashion Industry, which is a given for the textile care sector. Our several different laundry franchises in India work alongside designers and boutiques in their respective cities to uphold the original condition of purchased apparels for years.

Our main aim at The Swiss Laundry is to upgrade the lifestyle of our customers. Ever since our first franchise beginning in Kolkata in 2013, our goal has always been to provide optimum care for clothes and satisfy our customers. What makes us different from other laundry and dry cleaners in India is that our laundry operates entirely on a European concept. Instead of regular cleaning equipment, we use only imported Hi-tech machines to wash clothes.
Our clothes go through an eight-stage cleaning process that is unparallel to any laundry . Each of our garments receives individual inspection and are treated according to their requirements. After marking the garments, they are segregated and cleaned using German chemicals. For dry cleaning as well, our brand has brought Hydrocarbon and Perchloroethylene based solvents to the market, to ensure top-notch results. Finally, they go through processes of quality control and proper packaging.
Apart from a unique cleaning procedure, we also believe in delivering our guest’s clothes on proper time. This is why we have a promise of delivering the garments in 2 working days time. Our guests don’t have to face the hassle of getting a delayed delivery with our team’s dedication to provide the best service possible.
We have also been closely associated with the fashion industry, ever since foraying into the laundry and dry cleaning business. Since fashion and garments go hand in hand, we have extended our service for designer clothes as well. We specialise in providing extra special care for your designer wear. Our brand works with various designers in the cities to make sure your apparels last long.
