Suit Dry Cleaning
Most common dry cleaning item is a Suit. Be it just a coat, 2 piece suit i.e coat and pant or 3 piece suit i.e coat, pant and waist coat, they are common products given for dry cleaning.
When a dry cleaner gets your suit, he will first check the type of material the suit is made of. The suits are sorted based on their fabric as when processed in a dry cleaning machine, the operator makes sure that similar kind of products are cleaned together.
A bundle of suit will take generally a 45 – 50 minute wash cycle to be cleaned. Fabric of suit as they are generally thicker than other garments like shirts take extra time to cool down in comparison. They cannot be removed from the machine till they are completely dry.
During this process cycle, the suits are put inside the machine and exposed to dry cleaning chemical which forms a layer around. the garment. Once the layer is absolute the dry cleaning machine starts heating up to 65 – 70 degree. The suits are kept perfectly safe by the dry cleaning solvent at high temperature. Once the highest temperature is achieved, the machine starts a quick process to cool itself down. As to kill bacteria rapid cooling is required. During the complete process, the drum is rotating clock and anti clockwise to make sure the solvent has covered each portion of the garment.
